About these terms
Trakvert is a trading name of Trakfinity Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 16944831. Our registered office is Kemp House, 152–160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
Trakfinity Ltd operates trakvert.com and provides the free ad-concept tool and private account, organisation and brand-pack services. These terms cover your use of those services while Trakvert is pre-launch. Trakfinity Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in our Privacy notice.
The free tool
The tool produces AI-generated drafts. They may contain mistakes. Check every claim before you use any concept, and make sure it complies with the ad platform's policies and the law.
Private accounts and teams
Keep your credentials secure and provide an email address you control. Each user may own one organisation for now. Owners and admins manage invitations and team roles; members can edit brand packs and viewers have read-only access. Owners must keep at least one existing account as owner when changing team roles. You are responsible for inviting only authorised colleagues and selecting suitable access.
Brand-pack data and logo storage
You retain responsibility for your brand content and must have rights to upload it. Active brand-pack limits are Basic: 1, Medium: 3 and High: 5; these names do not establish paid pricing. Logos must be PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2MB. SVG uploads are not supported. Logos are private to authorised workspace members and use short-lived signed links. Archiving a pack is not permanent deletion.
Invitations by email
Invitations are sent as service emails to the address supplied by an owner or admin. Acceptance requires a confirmed account with a matching email. Invitations expire after seven days and cannot be accepted after revocation or previous acceptance. Do not use invitations for unsolicited marketing.
Providers and retention
We use Lovable Cloud for hosting, authentication and private data storage, Resend for concept and invitation emails, and the Lovable AI gateway for AI processing. Account, brand, logo, invitation and audit retention periods are TBC pending legal review. Account deletion does not automatically remove shared organisation data; contact support@trakvert.com about deletion requests.
Acceptable use
- Only submit websites you own or are authorised to promote.
- Don't attempt to overload, scrape or misuse the service.
Intellectual property
You may use the concepts generated for your business. The Trakvert site and brand remain ours.
