Who we are

Trakvert ("we") is a pre-launch AI advertising platform. Contact: hello@trakvert.com.

What we collect

• Your email address and, optionally, first name.
• The website address or business description you enter, your chosen goal, and the ad concepts generated.
• Basic campaign attribution (UTM parameters and referring page).
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to apply the free tool's daily limit.

How we use it

• To generate and send you your ad concepts (performance of a service you requested).
• To send product updates and early-access news — only if you tick the separate consent box (consent).
• To prevent abuse of the free tool (legitimate interests).

Marketing consent

We record the exact wording you agreed to and when. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email or by contacting us.

Processors

We use hosting, database and AI providers to run the service. A list will be published before launch.

Retention

To be confirmed before launch.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
